Purchases & Refunds

At Oteckmedia, payment are initiated either by your bank or by our payment gateway. If you run into a problem of payment not going through, the next step is to contact our Support team. There could be number of reasons why your payment wouldn't go through — here are the common reasons as listed below: 1. Your account may have insufficient funds 2. Your bank or payment processor may have blocked the transaction based on it's built in purchase protection. 3. Our payment processor flagged the transaction as fraudulent and block it. 4. Incorrect zip code Call your bank or payment processor to review your purchases to lift the restriction.
No refunds. Subscriptions based plans cannot be canceled before the expiration date — Cancellations take place at the end of your subscription plan.
You can simply redeem your coupon by applying your coupon code using the Payments tab in your dashboard. Before checkout, enter the coupon code in the “Promotional Codes” section, then click “Apply.”

Making Courses

You can change or upgrade your plan at any time from your account page dashboard. When you upgrade plans, you are only charged the difference for the remaining days of your current subscription. If you downgrade your plan, the amount equivalent to the value of the remaining days, will be credited to your account for future purchases.
-Open a message from the mailing list or newsletter -Select Unsubscribe directly from the message sent to you and complete the process.
You can change your Oteckmedia account password after you log in to your account. Sign into your account Click edit password in the password section Enter a New password, and then enter it again to Confirm the new password Then save
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@educo.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
